Ramkrishna Forgings Board recommends 10% dividend

Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 10% for the year 2006-07 subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company has reappointed M/s. Karvy Computershare (P) Ltd w.e.f. May 01, 2007 for a period of 1 year on same terms and conditions.
