Nagarjuna Fertilizers denies Rallis India acquire stake

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Rallis, Nagarjuna rise on stake buy rumour", Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd has clarified that the Company totally denies the information published in the financial daily in the matter of Rallis India acquiring stake in the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.23, up by Rs.0.75 or 3.37%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.23.65 and low of Rs.22.50. The total traded quantity was 5480379 compared to 2 week average of 4665554.
