Dawn Mills to merge with Peninsula Land, Hon'ble High Court of Mumbai sanctions merger

Dawn Mills Company Ltd has announced that the Company has received the sanction of the Hon'ble High Court of Mumbai sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of the Company with Peninsula Land Ltd.

The scheme of amalgamation envisages each shareholder of Dawn Mills to get 20 shares of Peninsula Land Ltd for every 1 share in the company.
