Best Eastern Hotels AGM approves 10% dividend

Best Eastern Hotels Ltd has announced that the members at the 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 05, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @ 10% on Equity Share capital and 12% on Preference Share capital for the year ended March 31, 2006.
