Mercator Ltd to consider issue of equity shares or other securities

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Mercator Ltd will be held on December 30, 2013, to consider and approve issue of equity shares or any other securities convertible into or carrying right to acquire equity shares; in India and/or in abroad.

In accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from December 25, 2013 to December 31, 2013 (both days inclusive).

Shares of Mercator Ltd was last trading BSE at Rs.19.85, up by Rs.0.35 or 1.79%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.20.30 and intraday low of Rs.19.50.
