Educomp Solutions Updates on order from Gujarat Government

With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 01, 2007 regarding Letter of Intent (LOI) signed between the Company and Gujarat Informatics Ltd (GIL), Educomp Solutions Ltd has further clarified that, Letter of Intent (LOI) has been signed by Gujarat Council of Primary Education on behalf of the Government of Gujarat instead Gujarat Informatics Ltd (GIL).
