Shriram Transport Board recommends 20% final dividend

Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended 20% as Final Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007. This is in addition to the Interim Dividend of 10% declared by the Board in November 2006.

The stock closed the day at Rs.156.05, down by Rs.0.50 or 0.32%. The total traded quantity was 73683 compared to 2 week average of 60273. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.160 and low of Rs.155.
