Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd (GE Shipping) has announced that Greatship (India) Ltd., Company's wholly owned subsidiary has incorporated Greatship Global Holdings Ltd. in Mauritius on May 30, 2007. Greatship Global Holdings Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Greatship (India) Ltd.
