Crew BOS Products Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 09, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:

1. Audited results of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
