Maharashtra Scooters Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 01, 2007 to July 11, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend and 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 11, 2007.
