Rasoi Board recommends 10% dividend

Rasoi Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 10% on the Equity Shares for the year ended March 31, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.230, up by Rs.0.10 or 0.04%. The total traded quantity was 13 compared to 2 week average of 118. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.239.50 and low of Rs.223.
