Mahindra Forgings Board to consider amalgamation of group companies

Mahindra Forgings Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 05, 2007, inter alia, for considering the proposed amalgamation of Mahindra Stokes Holding Company Ltd, Mahindra Forgings Overseas Ltd and Mahindra Forgings Mauritius Ltd with the Company and considering the share swap ratio.

The stock closed the day at Rs.203.70, down by Rs.11.20 or 5.21%. The total traded quantity was 3410 compared to 2 week average of 4637. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.215 and low of Rs.203.70.
