Nam Credit Board to review merger progress

Nam Credit & Investment Consultants Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 02, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider & take on record of the certificate of registration of merger of M/s. Three-D Communications Ltd. with the Company.

2. To approve the list of allottees of shareholders of the transferor Company M/s. Three-D Communications Ltd consequent upon the merger with the Company, to whom the equity shares of the Company are to be allotted in the ratio of 1:1 as merger scheme approved by the Hon'ble High Court.

3. To review the report of the Consultants on the proposed merger of the M/s. Bharatiya Global Infomedia Ltd with the Company.
