GTN Industries Board recommends 9% dividend

GTN Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended Dividend @ 9% from out of General Reserve subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.27.50, down by Rs.0.70 or 2.48%. The total traded quantity was 1523 compared to 2 week average of 1693. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.28.25 and low of Rs.27.25.
