Excel Crop Care Board recommends 75% dividend

The Board of Directors of Excel Crop Care Ltd at its meeting held on May 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended to the members a dividend at 75% i.e. Rs 3.75 per equity share on equity shares of Rs 5/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.111.15, down by Rs.7.65 or 6.44%. The total traded quantity was 34791 compared to 2 week average of 45304. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.120.75 and low of Rs.110.
