Ramco Industries Board recommends 50% final dividend

Ramco Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of 50% (i.e. Rs 5/- per Equity Share of Rs 10/- fully paid-up). Together with the two Interim Dividends each of 50% (i.e. Rs 5/- per Equity Share) paid already during the Financial Year 2006-07, the Total Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007 is 150% (i.e. Rs 15/- per Share).

The stock closed the day at Rs.738.50, up by Rs.13.50 or 1.86%. The total traded quantity was 474 compared to 2 week average of 2306. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.750 and low of Rs.730.
