International Combustion Board recommends 50% dividend

International Combustion India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend @ 50% on Equity Share viz. a dividend of Rs 5/- per equity share of Rs l0/- each, for the year ended March 31, 2007 for consideration and approval by the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The stock closed the day at Rs.287.65, down by Rs.24.50 or 7.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.321.20 and low of Rs.280. The total traded quantity was 10477 compared to 2 week average of 5530.
