PAE Board recommends 10% final dividend

PAE Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of 10% on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 subject to the approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.18.50. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.19.20 and low of Rs.17.75. The total traded quantity was 67422 compared to 2 week average of 10783.
