AIA Engineering Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 07, 2007, inter alia, to consider, approve & take on record the Audited Annual Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 & also to recommend dividend, if any, on Equity Share Capital for the Financial Year 2006-07.
