Titan Industries fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Titan Industries Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 13, 2007 to July 27, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 27, 2007.

The stock was trading at Rs.1116, up by Rs.19.95 or 1.82%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1119.75 and low of Rs.1085.05. The total traded quantity was 26589 compared to 2 week average of 114592.
