Bharat Seats fixes Record Date for bonus issue & stock split

Bharat Seats Ltd has announced that July 05, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of Bonus issue & stock split.

The stock was trading at Rs.169.90, up by Rs.4.30 or 2.60%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.173 and low of Rs.167. The total traded quantity was 13786 compared to 2 week average of 11434.
