Savita Chemicals Board recommends 25% final dividend

Savita Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meting held on May 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended final dividend @ 25% in addition to the interim dividend @ 65% on the equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.272.25, down by Rs.1.05 or 0.38%. The total traded quantity was 2630 compared to 2 week average of 2208. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.276.70 and low of Rs.256.05.
