Action Construction Board recommends 30% final dividend

Action Construction Equipment Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended payment of final dividend @ 30% on the paid-up share capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2006-07, subject to approval of the shareholders.

The stock closed the day at Rs.259.65, up by Rs.12.35 or 4.99%. The total traded quantity was 79475 compared to 2 week average of 50505. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.259.65 and low of Rs.249.30.
