Ponni Sugars AGM approves 18% dividend

Ponni Sugars Erode Ltd has announced that the members at the 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 22, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend of 18% (Re 1.80 per Equity Share) for the period ended March 31, 2006.
