NEPC India Board to consider fund raising proposal

NEPC India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To review and discuss the status of NEPC Solar Power House launch.

2. To discuss, inter-alia, the fund raising programme of the Company for the new lines business, with particular reference to consideration of issue of share warrants of Rs 10/- each to the promoters, business associates and others.

3. To explore and consider issue of GDR, etc.
