Tata Tea AGM approves Rs.12 Dividend

Tata Tea Ltd has announced that the members at the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 08, 2006, inter alia, has approved the declaration of dividend at the rate of Rs 12 per share in respect of the financial year 2005-06 on the paid up equity share capital of the Company as on March 31, 2006.
