Deepak Fertilisers AGM approves 30% dividend

Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd has announced that the members at the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 17, 2006, inter alia, has approved the declaration of dividend @ 30% on Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.
