Star Paper AGM approves 17.5% dividend

Star Paper Mills Ltd has announced that members at the 68th Annual General Meeting (AGM)of the Company held on September 06, 2006, inter alia, have approved the Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2006 and declared a Dividend @ 17.5% (Rs 1.75 per share) on 15608350 equity shares of Rs 10/- each for the year ended on March 31, 2006.
