Dr Sabharwals Manufacturing declares 10% dividend

Dr Sabharwals Manufacturing Labs Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to pay Dividend @ 10% to all the shareholders if the same is approved by shareholders in the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 30, 2006.
