US stocks dropped over 1% on Wednesday - TRANS SCAN

The Indian markets are likely to open lower tracking weak Asian markets, while investors will keep a close eye on Reliance Industries ahead of its 39th AGM scheduled today. At 07:30 a.m., Nifty India stock futures in Singapore were trading 43 points lower at 5895, indicating a lower opening on the domestic market.

Overnight, US stocks dropped over 1 per cent weighed down by concerns of Federal Reserve's stimulus which may be nearing an end.

Major Asian markets eased as growing uncertainty on US Federal Reserve plans to keep stimulus plans kept investors on the sidelines.
