Zen Technologies to pay Dividend of 20%

Zen Technologies Ltd has announced that subject to the Shareholders approval at the ensuing 13th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 29, 2006, the dividend payment date is October 16, 2006 @ 20% on paid up equity capital of face value Rs 10/- each.
