Plethico Pharmaceuticals Board approves 1:5 Bonus Shares to shareholders except promoters

The Board of Directors of Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd at its meeting held on June 01, 2013, has decided in-principle to issue bonus shares to the shareholders other than promoters / promoter group shareholders in the ratio of 1 (one) Share for every 5 (Five) Shares held by them subject to necessary approval of SEBI for waiver of certain condition stipulated under SEBI ICDR Regulations and/or extension of time to comply with the Minimum Public Shareholding (MPS) requirements. The Issue of Bonus share will be implemented only on receipt of approval from SEBI.

Shares of Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.206.25, down by Rs.0.45 or 0.22%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.217.15 and low of Rs.195.60.
