EIH AGM approces 50% dividend

EIH Ltd has announced that the members at the 56th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 28, 2006, inter alia, has approved the declaration of final dividend of Rs 5/- (50%) per share & confirmed the interim dividend at the rate of 50% or Rs 5/- per share.
