Man Industries to list FCCB issue in Singapore stock exchange

Man Industries India Ltd has announced that the Company has received in principle approval for listing and quotation of the proposed issue of FCCBs aggregating upto US$ 50 Mn Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds Due 2012 on Singapore Stock Exchange.
