Mphasis BFL AGM approves 30% dividend

Mphasis BFL Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 30, 2006, have approved payment of Dividend @ 30% for the year 2005-2006. The Dividend Warrants in respect of this dividend would be dispatched on or before September 08, 2006.
