Garware Offshore allots 3,11,100 shares on preferential basis

Garware Offshore Services Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors on May 11, 2007, has allotted 3,11,100 fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each upon conversion of Warrants, allotted in the 2nd Preferential Allotment of the Company to the Promoters and Non-Promoters.

The stock was trading at Rs.207, down by Rs.2.55 or 1.22%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.213.80 and low of Rs.202.50. The total traded quantity was 24796 compared to 2 week average of 34373.
