IFGL Refractories AGM approves Rs.1.75 Dividend

IFGL Refractories Ltd has announced that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 29, 2006, inter alia, has approved the declaration of Dividend at the rate of One Rupee Seventyfive paisa per Equity Share for financial year ended on March 31, 2006.
