Four Soft Limited declares 15% dividend

Four Soft Limited has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on June 15, 2006 have recommended a dividend @ 15% i.e. Re. 0.75 per share and it is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
