Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Ltd. has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on June 14, 2006 has recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.10 only (Paisa Ten Only) on 2,61,98,000 Equity shares of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.
