Container Corporation AGM approves 180% dividend

Container Corporation of India Ltd has announced that the members at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 04, 2006, inter alia, have transacted and adopted / approved unanimously the Dividend @ 180% of the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company for the financial year 2005-06.
