Bajaj Steel Industries Board recommends 20% dividend

Bajaj Steel Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 31, 2006, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 20% i.e. Rs 2/- per share for the Financial year 2005-06, which shall be subject to declaration by the members of the Company in the Annual General Meeting.
