Industrial Investment AGM approves 20% dividend

Industrial Investment Trust Ltd has announced that the members at the 73rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 01, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @ 20% for the year ended March 31, 2006 and to increase the Borrowing Limits of the Company under Section 293(1)(d) of the Companies Act, 1956, upto a limit of Rs 150 Crores.
