DMC International allots 2,50,000 shares at Rs.60

DMC International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 05, 2007, has allotted 2,50,000 equity shares of Rs 5/- each for cash at a premium of Rs 55/- per equity shares fully paid up.
