BSEL Infrastructure Board to consider issue of securities

BSEL Infrastructure Realty Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 10, 2007, inter alia, to discuss the following:

1. To consider to increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company.

2. To consider the preferential issue of Equity Shares / Convertible Warrants to the Promoters.

3. To consider the terms and conditions for the reappointment of Mr. Dharmendra Raichura as Managing Director of the Company.

4. To decide on the Extra Ordinary General Meeting date for the above mentioned purposes.
