BASE, the Bangalore based, premier training organisation providing quality training for competitive examinations has announced a unique residential program – IIT JEE Achiever, to train students for IIT. This is an intensive two year training program for + 2 students who aspire to join the IITs, NITs and other top engineering Institutes in India. The selection test for the program will be held on Sunday, 14 April, 2013 at various centres in Bangalore, Mangalore, Dharwad, Gulbarga, Belgaum, Shimoga, Udupi, Mysore and Davangere. Students who have appeared for Class X exams during 2012-13 will be eligible to apply.
BASE has tied up with a leading institution to offer an Integrated 2 Year Program for the students of 11th & 12th standard. In this course, preparation for competitive exams and formal +2 education is completely synchronized under one roof. The male students who opt for this residential program will be provided with hostel accommodation, food & other infrastructural facilities too.
Announcing the program, Vallish Herur, Director of BASE said "The main advantage of this course is that it helps in preparation for multiple exams simultaneously. This program will also enable students to excel in competitive exams and produce good results in the board exams too. All these happening in a residential set up provides the students more focus and enables students to use their time productively. This initiative will specially benefit students from smaller towns who have the interest and capability to achieve academic success but lack the opportunity due to unavailability of good quality training.
