Zodiac Clothing AGM approves 50% dividend

Zodiac Clothing Company Ltd has announced that the members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 31, 2006, inter alia, has approved the declaration of Dividend @ 50% on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.
