Grabal Alok Board recommends 7.5% dividend

Grabal Alok Impex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 04, 2006, inter alia, has recommended equity dividend of 7.5% i.e. Rs 0.75 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2006, subject to approval of members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
