RDB Industries Board Meeting to consider de-merger of real estate business

RDB Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 11, 2006, inter alia, to consider and decide on the proposal of de-merger of real estate business along with all assets and liabilities pertaining thereto from the Company and for this purpose to consider appointment of consultants, etc.
