Indian Markets are expected to open lower on Thursday - TRANS SCAN

The Indian markets are expected to open lower on Thursday tracking weak Asian markets, and Nifty may test its important psychological level of 5900. The Nifty ended a choppy session on a flat-to-positive note on Wednesday, in absence of supportive cues from European peers.

Overnight, US Stocks ended lower as investors found few reasons to buy following a rally that has held major indexes near five-year highs.

Asian shares were under pressure tracking losses from global peers after US Federal Reserve indicated that it could slow its bond buying programme.
