Jindal Photo Board recommends 10% dividend

Jindal Photo Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 04, 2006, inter alia has considered and approved the final dividend @ 10% on the equity share capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006.
